Who we are
nocod.dev is a small collection of personal web apps (Clipboard, File Share, Music Scores, Daily News, Paper Scanner, Lists, Todo and others) built and run by Rajkumar as a hobby project. In this policy, "we" means the person who runs nocod.dev.
Questions or requests about your data: rajkumar.r82@gmail.com.
Signing in with Google
Some apps (currently Lists and Todo) let you sign in with your Google account. When you do, Google tells us:
- your name and email address,
- your profile picture, and
- a permanent, unique account ID.
We use this only to recognise you, keep your data separate from everyone else's, and show your name, email and picture in the app's menu. We never see your Google password. We do not use this information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
What we store, app by app
- Lists and Todo (sign-in required): the lists, items, due dates and, in Todo, a log of changes you make. They are stored under an ID derived from your Google account. Your email address is not saved with your data. Only you can read your own data.
- Clipboard and File Share (no sign-in): the text or file you save, under the name you type. Anyone who knows that name can read it, so do not store secrets there. Items are deleted automatically 3 days after they are saved.
- Music Scores (no sign-in): sheet music PDFs, thumbnails and the titles and tags that are added to them. They are visible to anyone who visits the site.
- Daily News: collects public news headlines and does not store anything about you.
- Paper Scanner (Android app): scans stay on your own phone. We do not receive them.
Cookies and on-device storage
Signed-in apps set one session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It is marked HttpOnly and Secure, and it is used for nothing else. The apps also keep a copy of your data in your browser's storage so they open quickly and work offline. Signing out removes that copy.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking scripts.
Where your data is kept
Data is stored in Google Cloud Storage and served by Google Cloud Run, in the Mumbai (India) region. Traffic passes through Cloudflare, which provides the domain name and security. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs in order to run and protect the service.
How long we keep it
Clipboard and File Share items are removed after 3 days. Data in Lists and Todo is kept until you delete it or ask us to. Technical logs kept by the hosting providers are removed on their normal schedules.
Your choices
- You can edit or delete your lists and items at any time inside the app.
- To have your account's data deleted completely, or to get a copy of it, email rajkumar.r82@gmail.com from the Google address you signed in with.
- You can stop Google sign-in from working for these apps at any time under Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services.
Children
These apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
