Using nocod.dev
nocod.dev is a collection of small personal web apps run by Rajkumar as a hobby. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.
Free, as-is, with no guarantees
The apps are provided free of charge and "as is". They may change, break, be unavailable at times, or be shut down without notice. We make no promise that they will meet your needs, work without errors, or keep your data forever.
Please keep your own copy of anything important. We are not responsible for lost or damaged data.
Your account and your content
- Some apps use Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your Google account.
- You keep ownership of what you save or upload. You give us permission to store it and to show it back to you (and, in apps with no sign-in such as Music Scores, to other visitors) so that the apps can work.
- Items in Clipboard and File Share are deleted automatically after 3 days.
- Do not store passwords, bank details or other sensitive secrets in apps that have no sign-in. Anyone who knows the name you used can read the item.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the apps to:
- upload anything illegal, harmful or that you do not have the right to share (including copyrighted material you are not allowed to distribute),
- attack, overload, probe or try to get around the security of the apps or of other people's data, or
- send spam or use the apps in an automated way that puts unreasonable load on them.
We may remove content, limit access or block accounts that break these rules, without notice.
Limits of responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or being unable to use, the apps. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How your information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its "last updated" date, and continuing to use the apps means you accept the changes.
